Although the period in which the project was built was not without its challenges, both the prices of construction materials and the availability of stocks at suppliers being affected, we managed to complete the project ahead of schedule, and the degree of occupancy is over 98%, at this moment still having only one unit available” says Cosmin Dinescu, the project manager.
