The company was founded in 1949, with the appearance of the first Research Institute (Institute for Research, Design and Experimental Production in the field of Constructions and Construction Materials).

As part of the COMNORD group, we are the pioneers of implementing the concept of reinforcement processing in a specialized and modern service center, which took the place of the traditional construction site. Thus, we drastically reduced the time and costs of the construction process.

Currently, PROCEMA SA has the most modern technology for the automated processing of concrete steel for construction, welded mesh and steel carcasses in Romania, and the convenient location on the outskirts of Bucharest facilitates access to the most important roads.

SERVICES

Our entire production line is fully automated and allows the electronic labeling of each order.

Shaped concrete steel

We process and distribute steel-concrete reinforcement, and the automatic production lines allow us to execute an unlimited number of geometric shapes, depending on the specifics of each order.

Each package of bars is provided with an identification label to facilitate quick assembly on site.

Welded nets

We make welded nets in standard sizes and special sizes on request, with a variety of meshes, shapes and lengths. Standard sizes are permanently in stock and can be delivered in 3-5 days.

Pre-assembled structures

Our company produces and delivers steel-concrete housings for molded walls, bars, beams, drilled piles and other construction elements, which can be assembled or pre-assembled and delivered in sections.

This delivery method reduces the assembly time, increases the accuracy, quality and efficiency of the assembly of these elements.

FORTEC coupling systems

We are the only supplier of FORTEC coupling systems in Romania, the only reinforcement system for reinforcing bars that maintains the complete ductility of steel-concrete.

This mechanical joint system, with parallel thread, is specially designed for the coupling of steel-concrete reinforcements with diameters between 12 and 40 mm.

Through the patented cold forging process, the bars are prepared for the coupling process, threading the enlarged ends to be connected. Thus, joining the bars end-to-end becomes an extremely simple and fast process.
